ZOOM - Older Carers Group

Please join us for an hour and a half virtual coffee hosted by Miles Maier of Camden Carers.  

We meet every Thursday morning in Zoom at 11am. 

We are a group of carers coming together for supportive chats to share practical tips and tricks. We can help each other get through this. 

Normally we talk about things like:
- What challenges are we facing?
- How are we adapting and finding ways to cope?
- What practical steps can we take to help each other?
