Being a carer can be a difficult and stressful role, which carries many responsibilities.
Since few of us react to stress in a constructive way, this ongoing group has been designed to help you explore your attitude to stress and provide some tips how to deal with it more effectively.
The group is open to all carers and is run by our counselling coordinator Sitara.
Taking place on fortnightly on Thursdays from 2:30pm - 4:30pm.
