The role of the B&A Team is to provide a wide range of meaningful training, leisure and personal development opportunities for carers. Often carers feel isolated within their caring role and lack the confidence to go into mainstream community activities. Those that we offer can be a great way for carers to build confidence, make new friendships and feel better able to try new things which they will enjoy. As well as offering activities, there are other ways in which carers can achieve better balance in their lives – please see below.

The B&A Team comprises of the following:
Jill Pay – Service Manager  Jill oversees delivery of the Breaks & Activities Team work and manages the team, as well as any external/sessional facilitators.
