Summary


Support & Wellbeing - Young Adult Carers (YACs)

The support worker for Young Adult Carers supports young people, aged 18-25. They might be caring for a parent, sibling, other relative, partner or friend.



Counselling 

Our Counselling Service offers the chance to talk things over with a trained counsellor who understands the difficulties and problems with which carers have to live.


Working For Carers Project (WFC) 

Working for Carers is a London-wide project that supports unpaid carers, aged 25 or over, to move closer to employment. The project is led by Carers Trust and delivered by its network of 24 partners across London, and is jointly funded by the Big Lottery Fund and European Social Fund.
