Do you know someone, maybe a friend, a family member, a colleague, a college student or even a neighbour, who helps to support and care for someone else?  Do they help with things like shopping, appointments, taking them out or cooking for them because the person cannot do those things for themselves?
Then that person you know is probably a carer.
